摘　　要：目的探讨预防老年髋部骨折压疮的护理管理对策。方法选取该院在2015年6月—2016年6月期间收治的62例老年髋部骨折患者,对所有患者都进行压疮危险因素评估,实施针对性护理管理干预,观察护理管理的效果。结果 62例患者中,2例患者因为不配合护理而发生压疮,发生率为3.23%,经过对症治疗全部康复出院。结论对老年髋部骨折患者,在压疮风险因素评估的基础上实施针对性护理管理措施效果显著,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To study the strategies of nursing management of preventing the hip fracture pressure ulcers in el-derly. Methods 62 cases of senile patients with hip fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected, the risk factors of pressure ulcers of all patients were evaluated, and the targeted nursing management intervention were implemented, and the nursing management effect was observed. Results In the 62 cases of patients, pres-sure ulcers occurred to 2 cases because they did not cooperate with nursing, and the incidence rate was 3.23%, and all re-covered and left hospital after the symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The effect of the targeted nursing management mea-sures on the basis for the evaluation of risk factors of pressure ulcers is obvious, for senile patients with hip fracture, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
