门诊流感样本采集的护理管理效果初探

摘　　要：目的分析门诊流感样本采集护理管理中存在的问题,探讨有效的门诊流感样本采集护理管理方法。方法该次研究中选取了2013年1月—2015年12月3年间我门诊采集并且送检的流感样标本进行研究,该门诊在2013年开始针对门诊流感样标本采集工作,采取了建立完善的门诊流感样标本采集制度及流程、加强门诊流感样标本采集人员的专业知识培训、加强门诊流感样标本采集护理人员采集技能的培训及规范培训、严格执行门诊流感样标本的采集和送检规范、加强门诊流感样标本采集护理人员的专业技能考核及应用管理等护理管理措施。分析这一过程中,门诊流感样本的达标率的变化情况。结果比较2013、2014、2015年门诊流感样标本送检达标率,按照年份的增大,门诊流感样标本的送检达标率呈现逐年上升的趋势,其各年份之间的门诊流感样标本达标率比较差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论在门诊流感样标本采集护理管理工作中,只有以良好的制度为依托、结合科学的培训教育、不断强化送检样本的管理,才能够显著提高门诊流感样标本采集和送检质量,从而为临床诊治、防控流行性感冒提供可靠的依据。Objective To analyze the issues in the nursing management of out-patient influenza-like specimen collection and study the effective nursing management method of out-patient influenza-like specimen collection. Methods The out-patient influenza-like specimens collected and submitted for inspection from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected for research, and the out-patient influenza-like specimen collection work had begun since 2013, and the nursing manage-ment measures of establishing the perfect out-patient influenza-like specimen collection system and course, enhancing the professional knowledge training of outpatient influenza-like specimen collection staff, enhancing the collection skill training and standardized training of out-patient influenza-like specimen collection nursing staff, strictly implement the out-patient influenza-like specimen collection and submission specification, and enhancing the professional skill examination and ap-plication management of out-patient influenza-like specimen collection nursing staff, and the changes of standard-reaching rate of out-patient influenza-like specimens in this course were analyzed. Results The standard-reaching rate of out-pa-tient influenza-like specimen submission showed an increasing trend from 2013 to 2015, and the difference in the out-pa-tient influenza-like specimen standard-reaching rate between each year was obvious, P〈0.05. Conclusion In the out-pa-tient influenza-like specimen collection nursing management work, we should continuously reinforce the management of submission specimens based on the good system and scientific training education, only in these ways can the collection and submission quality of out-patient influenza-like specimens be obviously improved, thus providing reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment and controlling the influenza.
