摘 要:目的观察并分析健康教育在儿童保健门诊中的护理效果。方法将该院儿童保健门诊于2015年12月—2016年6月收治的150例患者利用抽签法均分为验组与对照组,每组各75例。给予对照组患者一般护理,实验组则在护理中加强健康教育,观察两组患者家属的焦虑程度、护患纠纷率以及家属满意度。结果实验组患者在一般护理的基础上加强健康教育后,家属的焦虑程度下降,护患纠纷率显著降低,患者满意度明显提高,且与对照组比较,各指标的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过多种形式的健康教育能够普及儿童保健的相关知识,能够建立良好的护患关系,对于降低患者家属的焦虑程度提高患者满意度率有重要作用。Objective To observe and analyze the nursing effect of health education in the children's health clinic. Meth-ods 150 cases of patients admitted and treated in the children's health clinic in our hospital from December 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each, the control group adopted the general nursing, the ex-perimental group enhanced the health education for nursing, and the anxiety degree of their family, nurse-patient dispute rate and satisfactory degree of their family of the two groups were observed. Results The anxiety degree of their family de-creased, the nurse-patient dispute rate obviously decreased and the satisfactory degree of patients obviously increased in the experimental group, and the differences in various indicators between the two groups had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Multiple forms of health education can popularize the children healthcare related knowledge, establish a good nurse-patient relationship and have an important effect on reducing the anxiety degree of patient’s family and satisfactory degree of patients.
