摘  要:JCI标准是WHO公认的医院质量认证模式,其鼓励持续不断的质量改进,代表了医院管理的较高水平。该文围绕提升医院后勤服务品质为主线,在JCI标准下,通过对医院当前后勤管理工作模式存在的问题进行分析,结合该院后勤持续质量改进的实际情况,充分利用互联网信息化和社会化力量,有效整合医院后勤服务资源,优化服务流程,创建优质的一体化后勤服务中心,使后勤工作做到高效、简洁、极致,提高了该院后勤服务的品质,为创建平安医院、保障医疗安全贡献力量。JCI standard is the hospital quality certification model widely accepted by WHO, which encourages the continu-ous quality improvement and represents the higher level of hospital management, the paper effectively integrates the hospital logistics service resources, optimizes the service course and constructs the quality integrative logistics service center and makes the logistics work effective, easy and perfect thus improving the logistics service quality of our hospital and making contributions to constructing a safe hospital and ensuring the medical safety by analyzing the issues existing in the logistics management working mode under the JCI standard around the hospital logistics service quality improvement, and fully using the Internet informational and social powers combined with the practical condition of logistics continuous quality improve-ment in our hospital.
