摘　　要：工业遗产价值评估与保护更新间往往在协调性方面存在诸多问题,如何寻找合理有效的方法解决这一问题是工业遗产保护更新工作的当务之急.探究当前青岛工业遗产价值评估与保护更新协调性问题,借用层次分析法原理,建立可行的青岛工业遗产价值评估与保护更新评价体系,并解决两者间的协调性问题.There are problems in evaluation and renewal of the industrial heritage coordination. The way of how to solve the problems has been an urgent matter of industrial heritage reuse. To solve the problems,this paper makes an analysis of coordination problem, and tries to use AHP to establish a system feasible for Qingdao industrial heritage value assessment and renewal evaluation.
