摘 要:河北省是一个典型的严重缺水大省,中水回用可为河北省的水资源可持续发展带来新的希望。双膜工艺是中水回用的核心技术,该文将市政废水经双膜工艺处理,结果表明:系统脱盐率高达98.6%,色度100%去除,RO产水浊度<0.1NTU,远优于回用标准。文中针对双膜工艺在运行中存在的问题进行了研究,包括RO膜的清洗和运行维护以及清洗后膜通量能否恢复等问题,结果表明:通过适当的化学清洗,设备性能指标可基本恢复。Hebei Province is a typical province where water shortage is severe. Reclaimed water reuse can bring new hope to the sustainable development of water resources of Hebei Province. Double-membrane technology is the core technology of water reuse. In the paper,dual-mode technology is used to treat municipal wastewater. Results show that system desalination rate can reach to 98. 6%and chroma can be 100% removal. Treated water turbidity of RO process can be lower than 0. 1 NTU. Water quality is far superior to reuse standards. The problems in the running of dual membrane technology are also studied,including chemical cleaning,maintenance of RO membrane and restoration of membrane flux after cleaning. Results show that equipment performance can roughly recover through appropriate chemical cleaning.
