摘 要:三维空间矢量脉宽调制策略具有计算简单、开关频率低、可适用于不平衡或含有3次谐波的负载等优点,消除了常用的脉宽调制策略存在算法复杂、开关频率高和仅适用于平衡负载等问题,目前已被广泛用于多电平逆变器的控制。首先对多电平逆变器的结构及其控制策略做了简要回顾,在此基础上重点对三维空间矢量调制策略的原理做详细论述,然后对中点电压平衡控制技术的研究现状做出概述,最后对三维空间矢量调制策略发展前景进行展望。Three-dimensional space vector pulse width modulation strategies have the advantages of computationally simple,low switching frequency,and application to a load which is unbalance or containing the third harmonic, eliminates the problems of computational complex,high switching frequency and application to balanced loads, compared with other pulse width modulation strategies. At present it has been widely used for multilevel inverter control. First the control strategies of the multilevel inverters were reviewed briefly. On this basis the principles of strategies were introduced detailedly,then the current research status of neutral-point voltage balance control technologies were reviewed,and finally the prospects of three-dimensional pulse width modulation strategies were presented.
