摘  要:针对刮板输送机中部槽磨损严重造成故障多发的情况,调研了典型煤矿用户、生产企业、维修现场及检测检验中心等刮板输送机相关单位,根据现代摩擦学理论、交互作用原理及疲劳损伤理论,结合中部槽结构组成及使用工况,对调研获得的磨损样槽资料进行了研究,总结出了中部槽的基本磨损形貌,并从不同类型的工况环境中分析出了形成中部槽磨损状态的重要影响因素。To the large amount troubles that caused by middle chute wear in scraper conveyor, and some coherent company of scraperconveyor was invested, which included typical coal mine, manufacturing enterprise, filed service and detection center and soon. Based on modern tribology, interaction principle and fatigue damage theory, with structural composition of middle chute and servicecondition, then the material of wear chute samples were studied. And the basic wear appearance of middle chute was put forward,and the important influence factors that caused middle chute wear appearance were analyzed form different service condition.
