摘 要:针对酸刺沟煤矿4 号煤与6 号煤顶板岩层与工作面初采特点, 分析顶板岩层水力压裂的分层弱化与初次垮落特点.通过观察顶板岩层结构和监测水力裂缝扩展、水压变化以及顶板垮落情况, 确定钻孔与压裂参数.研究结果表明 采用单孔多次压裂方法可有效弱化、分层顶板, 顶板分层、分区域、分次及时垮落, 保证工作面初采安全; 对于4 号煤顶板, 压裂钻孔间距为10m, 水压为10-20MPa; 对于6 号煤顶板, 压裂钻孔间距为8-10m, 水压为13-30. 8MPa.与爆破强制放顶方法相比, 水力压裂初次放顶法更为安全、合理.Based on the characters of roof strata and working face first mining of No. 4 and No. 6 coal seam of Suancigou coal mine,then the characters of layered weakening and first collapse of roof strata under hydraulic fracturing. Drilling holes and fracturing parameterswere determined , after the roof strata structures, hydraulic cracks developed, water pressure variation and roof collapse situationwere observed. The studying results showed that roof strata could be layered and weakening effectively under fractured repeatedly in onehole, roof strata collapse characters as layered, regional, gradation and timely, so working face first mining safety was guaranteed.Fracture holes spacing were 10m and 8 - 10m, water pressure were 10 - 20MPa and 13 - 30. 8MPa for No. 4 and No. 6 coalseam, respectively. Hydraulic fracturing was more safety and reasonable in first roof caving for exploding forced roof caving.
