摘 要:本文以钼的选矿为例,分析了选钼废水的来源、性质及其回用对选钼过程生产的影响,介绍了选钼废水的处理和回用现状;并针对钼矿石的浮选工艺由单一辉钼矿浮选流程变为含钼多金属矿物综合回收流程,引起的选矿废水复杂化,并对辉钼矿浮选过程产生了不良影响的问题,进一步提出了针对不同性质钼矿石产生的选矿废水进行深入研究,分析其对选钼效果的影响机制,获得消除或抑制选钼废水回用对选钼过程不良影响的方法或工艺,以提高选矿废水的回用率,改善选矿废水的回用效果。In the paper, the molybdenum beneficiation was used as an example. The origin, treatment and reuse current situation of molybdenum beneficiation wastewater were introduced. The effects of molybdenum beneficiation wastewater reuse on molybdenite floatation was analyzed. With the focusing on the molybdenum flotation technology from the single molybdenite floatation to the comprehensive utilization of polymetallic molybdenum ore, it is caused that beneficiation wastewater complicated has the adverse effects on molybdenite floatation. Then, the topic that be-neficiation wastewater of different properties of molybdenum ore should be studied thoroughly, have been proposed. By analyzing influencing mechanism of beneficiation wastewater complicated on molybdenite floatation, the method or technology on eliminating the its adverse effects on molybdenite floatation, was obtained. The utilization rate of beneficiation wastewater and molybdenum floatation indexes were improve.
