摘  要:以天宝蕉叶片为材料,分离天宝蕉HOS1基因的启动子,并进行生物信息学分析。结果表明:天宝蕉HOS1启动子与马来西亚小果野蕉HOS1启动子序列相似性达到92.43%,并含有35种类型顺式作用元件,其中含有多种类型的激素应答作用元件和非生物胁迫有关的顺式作用元件,可能与天宝蕉的冷胁迫应答有密切关系;天宝蕉HOS1启动子预测含有2个CpG岛,暗示天宝蕉的冷胁迫应答与甲基化也有密切的关系。In this experiment,HOS1 promoter was cloned successfully from the‘Tianbao'banana,and was further bioinformatically predicted.The analysis results showed that the sequence similarity of HOS1 promoter was92.43% between the Tianbao banana and the wild banana in Malaysia,and the Tianbao banana promoter contained35 kinds of cis-elements,including a variety of types of phytohormone response cis-elements and cis-elements concerning abiotic stress,which suggested that there be a close relationship with cold stress response in Tianbao banana.Tianbao banana HOS1 promoter contained two CpG islands,which suggested it should also have a close relationship between cold stress response and methylation in Tianbao banana.
