摘　　要：改革开放的历程,是不断探索公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的初级阶段社会主义基本经济制度的历程,也是不断探索初级阶段社会主义基本经济制度实现形式的历程。基本经济制度的形成,极大地解放了社会生产力,成为中国特色社会主义制度的重要支柱和社会主义市场经济的根基,从而有效推动了我国经济社会的持续发展。因此,初级阶段基本经济制度是马克思所有制理论中国化的重大发展,是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的创新性成果。The course of reform and opening-up is a process of continuously exploring the basic economic system of socialism?in the?initial stage with public ownership as the main body and the common development of economy with different types of ownership,as well as a process of continuously exploring the form of realizing basic socialist economic system?in the?initial stage.The formation of the basic economic system has greatly liberated the social?productive forces and become an important pillar of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the foundation of the socialist market economy,thus effectively promoted the sustainable development of China's economic society.Therefore,the basic economic system in the initial stage is great development of localizing the Marxist theory of ownership in China and the innovative achievement of the?socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.
