摘 要:农村留守儿童问题主要是现行户籍制度对人口分布状况的限制所带来的"社会屏蔽"造成的。对浙江省近千名留守儿童和非留守儿童的对比调查发现,留守儿童与非留守儿童在学习、性格、行为、情感上存在一些异同,体现出改善农村儿童整体生活环境的必要性和解决留守儿童问题的迫切性。基于此,建议加快推进户籍制度改革,吸引进城务工人员返乡创业,改善进城务工人员子女受教育问题,建立有利于留守儿童健康成长的家庭结构、学校机制和社会工作模式。如此,才能合理合力有效地分解留守儿童问题的复杂性、多元性。The restriction of population distribution caused by the existing household registration system causes'social closure',which brings the left-behind children's problems. The comparative survey on nearly one thousand left-behind and non left-behind children found that,there are differences and similarities between left-behind children and non left-behind children on learning,personality,behavior and emotion aspects. The results reflect the necessity of improving children's life environment in rural areas as well as the urgency of solving left-behind children's problems. As a result,the research suggests that our country should accelerate the existing household registration system reform,attract migrant workers return home to start a business,improve migrant workers' children education status, and build the family structure, school ensuring system and social work mode favorable to the healthy growth of left-behind children. In this way can we resolve the complex and diversified left-behind children problems reasonably and effectively.
