摘　　要：介绍了几个有代表性的城市实施交通拥挤收费的历程,在此基础上运用系统分析法构建了拥挤收费策略体系,并运用对比分析法结合各个城市的实践经验对策略进行探讨.根据这些策略提出在我国城市实施拥挤收费的若干建议.This study firstly introduces the process of several representative cities in the implementation of traffic congestion charging,and then constructs the congestion charging strategy system based on the system analysis method,and compares the experience of those cities' strategy.Finally,some suggestions of implementation of congestion charging are put forward based on these strategies to big cities in our country.
