摘  要:[目的]探讨培训者培训模式在社区低龄老年人中的应用效果。[方法]采用培训者培训模式对杭州市某社区的153名低龄老年人进行培训,比较培训前后老年人对基本培训操作的掌握情况、对培训的满意度、对照护知识的掌握情况以及一般自我效能情况。[结果]低龄老年人对培训满意度普遍较高;培训前后低龄老年人照护知识掌握情况、操作技能和一般自我效能得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]社区老年人健康知识普遍缺乏,应用培训者培训模式可有效改善社区低龄老年人的照护知识、操作技能和自我效能。Objective: To probe into the application effect of train - the trainer(T T T ) for community younger elderly. Methods: A total of 153 younger elderly in a community of Hangzhou were trained by using TXT and compared with grasping state of basic training operation, satisfaction degree of training, grasping state of care knowledge and general self - efficacy state of the elderly before and after the training. Results: Satisfaction of younger elderly on training was generally higher, and there were statistically significant difference in care knowledge mastering, operation skills score and general self - efficacy score of younger elderly before and after the training(P 〈0. 01). Conclusion : Health knowledge of the community elderly was general lack and the application of TXT could effectively improve the care knowledge, operation skills and self - efficacy of community younger elderly.
