Research on the Characteristics of Grain Filling and Dry Matter Accumulation in Early Maturity Maize Varieties Planted in a Dry Farmland of a Mountainous Area

摘  要:以宁夏南部山区审定的具有代表性的3个玉米品种(系)为参试材料,长城706为对照,对参试品种(系)农艺性状、穗部性状、产量、植株干物质累积量及灌浆速率进行了比较分析。结果表明:富农821和宁单20号9月20日成熟,且熟期相同,较对照长城706(生育期140 d)早熟6 d;宁单20号的百粒质量最高,参试的各个品种(系)之间产量达极显著差异(P<0.01),其中华金5号产量极显著高于其他3个品种,且其他3个品种之间产量也达到极显著差异水平(P<0.01)。Using the maize variety Changcheng 706 as a control,a field trial was conducted in a mountainous area of southern Ningxia to investigate three representative maize varieties that had been authorized( Huajin 5,Funong 821,and Ningdan 20) for their characteristics of grain filling and dry matter accumulation. The tested varieties were compared in terms of agronomic traits,panicle traits,yield,the mass of dry matter accumulated in plant,and filling rate. Results showed that Funong 821 and Ningdan 20 both matured on September 20,indicating that they had the same mature period,which was earlier than that of the control variety by six days. Among all tested varieties,Ningdan 20 had the highest value of 100- grain weight. On the other hand,Huajin 5 achieved a very significantly higher yield than the other three varieties( P〈 0. 01); meanwhile,the differences in yield among the other three varieties also reached a very significant level( P 〈0. 01).
