自拟益气养阴方治疗气阴两虚型心肌炎的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究自拟益气养阴方治疗气阴两虚型心肌炎的近期疗效。方法:选择2014年3月-2015年3月来我院就诊的60例心肌炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予我院自拟益气养阴方治疗。观察两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的AST、CK、CK-MB及hs-c Tn I均显著下降,观察组较对照组下降更为显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟益气养阴方治疗气阴两虚型心肌炎效果显著,可明显改善心功能状态。Objective： Recent effects of the Yiqi Yangyin prescription on myocarditis were researched. Methods： 60 cases in our hospital were selected and randomized into two groups, 30 cases in each. The control group was given conventional western medicine; the observed group took the Yiqi Yangyin prescription more. Results： The total effciency in the observed group was 93.33%, obviously higher than 73.33% in the control group, with a statistically signiifcant difference. AST, CK, CK-MB and hs-cTn I in groups were signiifcantly decreased, and the decrease in the observed group was even more significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion： The Yiqi Yangyin prescription on myocarditis was obviously effective, could signiifcantly improve heart function of patients.
