摘　　要：目的:探讨消肿止痛胶囊治疗急性颈椎脊髓损伤的临床效果。方法:将成年急性颈椎脊髓损伤患者(不含重症急性颈椎脊髓损伤患者)口服消肿止痛胶囊(本院自制制剂)的疗效与西药治疗的效果进行比较。结果:治疗组患者顺利通过治疗,口服消肿止痛胶囊无不良反应,而且可以达到西药的治疗效果。结论:口服消肿止痛胶囊治疗急性颈椎脊髓损伤可以减轻患者临床症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore clinical effcacy of the Xiaozhong Zhitong capsules on acute cervical spinal cord injury. Methods：The treatment group took the Xiaozhong Zhitong capsules; the control group received western medicine. Results： In the observed group, there is no adverse reaction, and the effcacy was similar with the control group. Conclusion： The Xiaozhong Zhitong capsules can improve clinical symptoms, and is worthy of promotion.
