白内障超声乳化摘除联合前部玻璃体术治疗恶性青光眼的护理分析

摘　　要：目的:对应用综合护理模式护理恶性青光眼疾病的患者在接受白内障超声乳化摘除联合前部玻璃体术治疗期间的临床效果进行研究。方法:选择我院收治的恶性青光眼疾病的患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。采用常规眼科手术护理模式对对照组患者实施护理;采用综合护理服务模式对观察组患者实施护理。结果:观察组的护理服务满意度明显高于对照组;青光眼疾病手术治疗期间出现的不良反应明显少于对照组。结论:应用综合护理模式对恶性青光眼患者在接受白内障超声乳化摘除联合前部玻璃体术治疗期间实施护理的临床效果非常明显。Objective： To study efficacy of comprehensive nursing model on malignant glaucoma after phacoemulsification of cataract plus anterior vitrectomy. Methods： 88 patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 44 cases in each. After treating by phacoemulsiifcation of cataract plus anterior vitrectomy in groups, the control group was given routine nursing; the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. Results： The nursing service satisfaction in the observation group was signiifcantly higher; the adverse reaction in the observation group was signiifcantly fewer. Conclusion： The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing model on malignant glaucoma is very obvious.
