摘  要:以上海市同济大学土壤源热泵科学实验场工程为例,利用Feflow软件建立三维非稳态管群传热模型,按照上海典型办公建筑所要求的地埋管换热器吸排热量比(0.33,0.67和1.10)的条件,对30 a内地埋管换热器及其所处换热区的换热特性进行了数值模拟,探讨了地埋管换热器吸排热量比对换热区土壤温度的影响。研究结果表明,地埋管换热器全年吸排热量差异是影响换热区温度场分布的重要因素,当地埋管换热器全年累计吸排热量比为0.55-0.60时,有利于消除埋管区的热堆积现象。Take the ground source heat pump (GSHP) scientific experimental field project in Tongji University, Shanghai as an example. The three dimensional unsteady state heat transfer model was established using the computer code of Feflow. Based on the ratio of heat absorption and discharge of typical office buildings is 0.33, 0.67 and 1.10 in Shanghai. The heat transfer characteristics of ground heat exchanger (GHE) and heat exchange zone was simulated for 30 years. The effects of ratio of heat absorption and discharge of GHE on soil temperature of the exchange zone were analyzed. The results indicated that yearly heat absorption and discharge difference of GHE is an important factor that affects temperature field distribution of the heat exchange zone. The heat accumulation in buried pipe area can be effectively alleviated when the ratio of heat absorption and discharge of GHE is between 0.55 and 0.60.
