摘 要:选取了阻燃腈纶、阻燃粘胶纤维和不锈钢纤维为原料,纺制了5种不同混纺比的阻燃抗静电混纺纱,并对混纺纱进行了性能测试。结果表明,当阻燃腈纶含量高时,混纺纱的强伸性、耐磨性以及阻燃性能较好;当阻燃粘胶纤维含量高时,混纺纱的吸湿性和抗静电性能较好。在实际生产中,要根据纱线的最终用途合理选择混纺比。另外,在设计纺纱工艺时,应考虑静电问题,降低打手、罗拉等回转机件的转速,放大隔距,增大细纱机的后区牵伸倍数。Three kinds of raw materials including flame-retardant acrylic fiber, flame-retardant viscose fiber and stainless steel fiber areselected as raw materials. Five kinds of blended yarns with different blending ratio are spun, and the property tests of the blended yarns arecarried out. The results show that high content of flame-retardant acrylic fiber can increase the tensile properties, abrasion resistance andflame-retardant of the blended yarn, and high content of flame-retardant viscose fiber can increase the moisture absorption and antistaticability of blended yarn. In practical production, it is necessary to select reasonable blending ratio according to the end uses of the blendedyarn. The static problems need to pay more attention in the spinning design, such as reducing the speed of rotational parts, widening thegauge and increasing the draft multiple in back of the spinning frame.
