摘  要:探究了牵伸倍数对弹力波纹线性能的影响。通过调整牵伸倍数,设计了3种纺纱方案,纺制了几种弹力纤维波纹线,测试了纱线的线密度、捻度、断裂强力和断裂伸长。结果认为,在纺制弹力纤维波纹线的工艺中牵伸倍数对成纱细度、捻度、断裂强力和断裂伸长都有较大影响,且影响规律比较一致。综合成纱外观效果和纱线的机械性能,牵伸倍数最佳选择为5。The effect of draft on the properties of elastic corrugated line is explored. Three types of spinning solution are designed, andseveral kinds of spandex yarn wavy lines are spun. The linear density of the yarn, the twist, breaking strength and elongation at break aretested. The results show that in the process of spinning wavy lines, draw ratio has significant influence on yarn fineness, twist, breakingstrength and elongation at break, and the impact of the law is more consistent. The mechanical properties of yarn is integrated with yarnappearance, and the best choice of the draw ratio is 5.
