摘  要:三聚磷酸铝和聚邻甲苯各具优势,但鲜见将二者结合用于涂料的报道。采用化学氧化聚合法,以邻甲基苯胺为单体,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,三聚磷酸铝(ALTP)为掺杂剂,在H2SO4溶液中合成了三聚磷酸铝掺杂的聚邻甲基苯胺(POMA-H-ALTP)及本征态聚邻甲基苯胺(POMA)。采用红外光谱、紫外光谱及扫描电镜分析其结构及形貌。分别将含有POMA与ALTP混合物(POMA//ALTP)和POMA-H-ALTP的环氧树脂涂料涂覆在冷轧钢及马口铁片上,通过极化曲线(Tafel)、交流阻抗(EIS)等对其在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的防腐蚀性能进行表征,考察了POMA-H-ALTP(POMA//ALTP)及其用量对涂层力学性能、腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:POMA-H-ALTP涂层的附着力比POMA//ALTP涂层的提高1级,柔韧性提高2 mm,抗冲击性能提高5 cm,力学性能有一定提高;POMA-H-ALTP涂层的耐盐雾时间比POMA//ALTP涂层的至少多7 d,自腐蚀电位、交流阻抗低频阻抗模值更高,自腐蚀电流更低,有更好的防腐蚀效果,其最佳用量为8%。Poly-o-methylaniline(POMA) and poly-o-methylaniline doped with aluminium triphosphate(POMA-H-ALTP) were prepared by chcmical oxidation polymerization with o-methylaniline as monomer,ammonium persulfate as oxidant and aluminum tripolyphosphate(ALTP)as doping agent in the H_2SO_4 solution.The structure and morphology of polymer product were characterized by UV-visible and FT-IR spectra analysis.Subsequently,the cold rolled steel and tin pieces were coated with POMA and ALTP(POMA//ALTP),poly-o-methylaniline doped with aluminium triphosphate(POMAH-ALTP) and epoxy composite coatings,and the corrosion resistance of coatings was investigated by polarization curve(Tafel)and electrochemical impedance spectrum(E1S) in 3.5%NaCl solution.In addition,the influences of POMA-H-ALTP(POMA//ALTP) and its content on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of coating were studied.Results showed that compared with the coating containing POMA//ALTP coatings,the coatings containing POMA-H-ALTP had better mechanism properties with 1 lever higher adhesive force,2 mm higher flexibility and 5 cm better shock resistance.Furthermore,the coatings containing POMA-H-ALTP had stronger corrosion resistance than the coating containing POMA//ALTP,with 7 d longer neutral salt spray time,higher free corrosion potential and EIS impedance magnitude under low frequency,and lower self-corrosion current.Besides,the optimal content of POMA-H-ALTP in the coating was 8%.
