摘 要:本文结合水盐体系相图,对不纯净钾盐镁矾55℃转化水量和不纯净软钾镁矾55℃洗涤水量进行了研究,经与低温条件(25℃或35℃)转化(洗涤)产品对比发现,不纯净钾盐镁矾转化受温度影响较明显,温度对不纯净软钾镁矾洗涤效果影响不大,但温度对转化(洗涤)产品粒径有较大影响,升高温度有助于增大产品粒径。The transformation water volume for impure kainite at 55 ℃ and the washing water volume for impure picromerite at 55 ℃ were studied based on the phase diagram for salt-water sys- tem. Comparison with products for transformation (washing)at low temperature (25 ℃or 35 ℃) showed that temperature obvi- ously affected transformation of impure kainite and made no great impact on impure picromerite washing effect, but temperature has a great influence on the product particle size of products for transformation(washing). Higher temperature will help improve the product particle size.
