摘 要:选择四川某地硫磷铝锶矿为研究对象,利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)、感应耦合等离子体质谱分析(ICP-MS)等分别研究了矿石主要矿物成分、化学成分、稀土元素和微量元素地球化学特征。再结合扫描电镜及能谱(SEM-EDX)、偏光显微镜观察等对矿物特征及硫、锶元素的赋存状态进行了研究,通过化学物相分析研究了磷元素的赋存状态。Research was made on svanbergite in Sichuan by in- vestigating its major material compositions, chemical components and geochemical characteristics of rare earth elements and trace el- ements by analyzes of X-ray diffraction (XRD) , X-ray fluores- cence spectrometry (XRF), inductively coupled plasma-mass spec- trometry(ICP-MS) and others . Coupled with EDX-SEM and po- larizing microscopic examination, the mineral characteristics, oc- currence of sulfur and strontium elements were studied. The oc- currence of phosphorus element was analyzed by chemical phase a- nalysis.
