摘 要:某金属矿山开采深度近1000m,井下气温高达32oC,高温热害已严重制约了该矿深部资源的开发。由于历史原因,该矿存在通风系统复杂、漏风短路现象严重、设备多且装机容量大、能耗高、深部风量不足、气温偏高等问题。基于现场调查和测定分析,采取了以通风系统优化改造为主、局部制冷为辅的综合降温技术措施,改善了井下深部作业的气候环境。A metal mine has the mining depth of nearly 1000m and the underground temperature up to 320℃. Jeat disaster of high temperature in deep well mining has become the main con- straint on the comprehensive exploitation of deep resources. Due to historical reasons, The mine has problems of the complex ven- tilation system, serious air leakage and short-circuit, excessive e- quipment with large installed capacity, high energy consumption, inadequate deep air volume and high temperatures etc. Based on the field investigation and analysis, the integrated cooling techni- cal measures were taken of primarily optimization and modifica- tion of the ventilation system and supplementally local cooling to improve the climate and environment of deep underground opera- tion.
