摘　　要：在线检测是螺纹环规加工中的难点。通过对螺纹环规的加工和检测现状的分析,提出了在线中径比较测量和综合测量,建立了测量中变化规律的数学模型,实现了对螺纹环规在线定量检测,提高了环规的加工精度、产品合格率和生产效率。Online testing is difficult for the thread ring gages during processing. Online diameter measurement and comprehensive measurement were proposed, through analyzing processing and testing of screw ring gage, and the mathematical model was established for the change rule during measuring. Online quantitative detection for the thread ring gages during processing was implemented, which made the accuracy, efficiency and qualified rate greatly improved.
