摘 要:航空航天飞行器的许多部位采用沉头紧固件进行连接,在连接孔中,沉头角度的加工精度会严重影响连接部位的强度,并影响飞行器的使用寿命和安全性。连接件的沉头连接孔常采用三坐标测量仪检测,该检测方法不适合于在线检测,尤其是某些现场制孔装配环节,在线检测沉头孔的沉头角度非常困难。本文通过对典型零件的沉孔角度检测,论述了沉孔角度测量量具的设计方法。采用该量具对典型零件进行了测量,通过与三坐标测量仪的对比,验证了其测量值的准确性和高效性。In the aerospace craft,a lot of connection parts adopt countersunk fasteners to connect,these connection holes, especially the machining accuracy of the countersunk hole angle can seriously affect the connection strength, and ulti- mately will affect the working life and security of the aircraft. At present, the measurement of the countersunk hole angle was realized commonly by using three coordinates measuring instrument, the test method is not suitable for on-line detection, especially some on-site hole drilling and assembly process, on-line detection of the angle of the countersunk holes is especially difficult. This article discussed one method of designing countersunk hole angle measuring gauge through the detection of the angle of the countersunk holes in the typical parts and used the measuring gauge measured the typical parts. And through comparing the measuring result with the measuring result of the three coordinates measuring instrument, the accuracy and efficiency of the measuring gauge was verified.
