机构知识库与科研管理系统互补发展探析

摘　　要：机构知识库是依附于特定机构而建立的数字化学术数据库,具备科研成果的多元化采集、存储、共享及分析能力,与现行的科研管理系统在功能上具有较好的互补性。文章剖析了目前科研管理存在的诸多问题,结合机构知识库的特点以及优势,探讨了机构知识库与科研管理系统的互补发展方式,提出了互补发展原则。两者的融合发展对于促进机构科研成果的长期、系统、规范化保存,开展机构内成果共享、科研团队建设,促进机构内的科研合作等工作均具有重要意义。Institutional repository （IR） is a digital academic database attached to a specific institution, which has the capabilities of diversified collecting, storing, sharing and analyzing for scientific achievements. And it is functionally complementary to the current scientific research management system （SRMS）. This paper analyzes the existing problems in SRMS, discusses the complementary development patterns of IR and SRMS by combining with the features and advantages of IR, and proposes the complementary development principles. The integrated developments of these two are very important for the long-term, systematic and standardized preservation, the institutional scientific achievements sharing and research team construction as well as the scientific research cooperation within institution.
