面向地铁门变导程螺旋副机构的设计

摘　　要：针对地铁门传动,以变导程螺旋传动方式代替传统的常导程传动方式,研究适应于地铁门运动的变导程螺旋装置。根据变导程螺旋传动及地铁门的运动特点,设计出变导程螺旋线导程变化曲线。同时据螺旋升角和压力角的范围,确定螺旋丝杆的角速度与丝杆半径,给出螺旋线的参数方程。最后选择合适的螺旋滚子,实现变导程螺旋副的设计。基于变导程螺旋副的设计,提高了其运行的稳定性和可靠性,实现了零导程自锁,简化了地铁门结构。For subway door drive, by variable lead screw drive is used to instead of the tradition~ constant lead drive, the variable lead screw devices adapted to subway door movement are researched. According to the motion characteristics of variable lead screw drive and subway door, doors speed curve is given. Meanwhile, according to the range of helix angle and pressure angle, the angular velocity and screw radius of the spiral screw are determined, and parametric equation of helix is given . At last, the appropriate spiral roller is selected to achieve variable lead screw pair design. Based on the variable lead screw pair design, the stability and reliability of its operation, a are improved zero-lead self-locking is achieved, and the structure of the subway door is simplified.
