摘 要:为了满足新一代运载火箭用超大直径2219铝合金整体环件的需求,开展了大规格2219铝合金铸锭锻造和整体环轧工艺技术的研究,成功研制出9 m级超大直径2219铝合金整体环件。针对大规格2219铝合金圆铸锭脆性共晶相的破碎、组织的细化和整体环的圆度控制等技术难题,通过采用优化多向锻造工艺,加大了铸锭的变形程度,有效细化了粗大的铸铁组织、破碎了粗大网状共晶化合物,大大提高了环件的力学性能;通过优化环轧成形工艺,克服了超大直径薄壁铝合金环件整体刚性弱、易产生塑性失稳而丧失整体圆度的难题,实现了超大直径铝合金环件轧制过程中圆度和尺寸的精确控制,以及9 m级超大直径2219铝合金整体环件的"形-性"协同控制。In order to meet the need of ultra-large diameter aluminum alloy 2219 integral ring for the new-generation launch vehicles,the forging and integral ring rolling process for the large size aluminum alloy 2219 integral round ingot was studied,and the aluminum alloy2219 integral ring with 9 m ultra-large diameter was successfully manufactured. For the technical problems of fragile eutectic compound,refining the microstructure and controlling the roundness of ultra-large diameter ring,the deformation degree of ingot is enhanced,the size of grains is refined,and the coarse eutectic compound is broken down by optimizing the multiple forging process,so the mechanical properties of ring are greatly improved. By optimizing ring rolling forming process,problems of the poor rigidity of thin-wall aluminum ally ring,plastic instability and lose of the overall roundness are overcome,the roundness and size of ultra-large diameter aluminum alloy ring can be controlled accurately,and the cooperative control of shape-property for aluminum alloy 2219 integral ring with 9 m ultra-large diameter is realized.
