摘 要:针对棒材二斜辊矫直机单向和双向反弯辊形曲线选择问题,以分段曲率旋转反弯矫直理论为基础,利用MSC.MARC软件对两种辊形曲线对应矫直过程进行建模和有限元模拟,通过对后处理结果中棒材表面摩擦特性、应力、塑性应变、矫直力等参数的对比,较详细地阐明了单、双向反弯辊形对应的矫直机理、矫直过程的特点及各自的优缺点。为验证模拟结果,分别在小型二斜辊矫直试验机上对两种辊形曲线情况下的矫直精度、棒材表面质量及矫直力等参数进行了分析对比,现场试验数据较好地验证了有限元模拟结果。并通过总结模拟和试验结果提出若干以棒材用途和生产成本控制为导向的辊形选择原则。For the selection of the unidirectional or bidirectional anti-bending roll shape curves in the process of design for two-roll straightening machine,the straightening processes with two kinds of roll shape curves were numerically simulated by MSC. MARC software based on the sectional curvature-rotating anti-bending straightening theory. Then,through the comparison of simulation results about friction,stress,plastic strain and straightening force on the bar surface,the straightening mechanism,characteristics,and advantages and disadvantages of two roll shapes were elaborated in detail. In order to verify the simulation results,straightening precision,surface quality of the bar and straightening force of two roll shape curves were compared in small two-roll straightening machine,and the test data were verified by the finite element simulation results. Finally,the results of simulation and experiment were summarized,and the selection principle for roll shapes was put forward according to the function and cost of production.
