摘 要:传送模的结构与连续模有较大不同,传送模应用于尺寸较大、工位不多的汽车结构件的连续冲压成形,由与工步数目相等的独立子模具构成,子模具结构具有中小型冲压模具的特点,模架结构具有大型冲压模具的特点。分析某汽车结构件的冲压工艺,确定了冲压工艺方案,应用AUTOFORM软件对冲压工艺方案进行了有限元数值模拟,以分析冲压工艺方案的可行性,并在此基础上设计出一副6工位连续冲压成形的传送模;比较深入地研究了汽车结构件传送模设计的关键技术。生产试验表明,该传送模设计合理、工作可靠、生产效率高,能够满足该汽车结构件的大批量生产要求。The structure of transfer die is different from that of progressive die,it is widely used in progressive stamping to produce large automotive structural part with a few steps. It consists of some independent dies whose numbers are equal to the number of steps. Independent dies have the similar features with small and medium die,and the die base has the similar features with the large stamping die.Therefore,the stamping feasibility of an automotive structural part was analyzed and the scheme was determined. The confirmed scheme was simulated by the software AUTOFORM to analyze stamping process,and a 6- steps progressive stamping transfer die was designed.The key technology of transfer die design for the automotive structural part was studied thoroughly. The production tests prove that the transfer die structure is reasonable,reliable and with high efficient. Thus,it is suitable for mass production of the automotive structural part.
