摘 要:采用聚醚、聚酯二元醇、MDI等合成了溶剂型聚氨酯,以物理共混的方法制备石墨烯/聚氨酯复合涂饰材料,并对其胶膜的微观形貌、热、力学性能、耐溶剂性及涂层的耐磨性等进行研究。结果表明:石墨烯在聚氨酯中的分散性良好;随石墨烯添加量的增大,其热、力学性能及涂层的耐磨性能均大幅提高,其中耐溶剂性和拉伸强度呈先增大后减小的趋势,在添加量为0.1%时拉伸强度达到最大值。With polyether glycol, polyester glycol, MDI as main raw materials, a solvent-based polyurethane was synthesized firstly, then a graphene/polyurethane composites for leather finishing were prepared by physical blending, and their micro-morphology, thermal dynamic properties, solvent resistance and abrasive resistance were investigated in detail. The results indicate that graphene was well dispersed in PU matrix; As the loading of graphene increased, the properties of modified PU composites including thermal dynamic properties and abrasive resistance of coatings were all found to be increased; the solvent resistance and mechanical properties increased to a maximum value till the graphene loading reaches 0. 1%.
