摘 要:利用不浸酸铬鞣剂对软化裸皮进行预鞣制后,经酸液处理,再用常规铬粉进行鞣制。通过DSC-TG,SEM-EDS等检测方法,分析两步法铬鞣革样的热分解性能、纤维分散状态、铬元素分布等指标变化规律。结果表明:不浸酸铬鞣剂在鞣制10 min后,渗透深度为皮面下200 um处,4 h时后,可渗透至皮块断面中心,但坯革身骨较扁薄。再经常规铬粉鞣制30 min后,皮块断面铬元素分布密度显著提高且更加均匀,蓝湿革的厚度与Ts显著增加、热分解温度提高、革纤维编织紧实。整个鞣制过程免去了工业用盐,大大降低了盐污染。The bated skins were pre-treated by chrome tanning without pickling and pickled by acid liquor, then, tanned by normol AB chrome tanning agents. The changes of thermal decomposition properties,fiber dispersion state,distribution of chromium in the skin were explored by DSC-TG and SEM-EDS during the together tanning of anion and cation tanning agent .The results shows that tanning agent without pickling has penetrated to the cross section of leather sample face about 200 um for 10min,and tanning agent without pickling can penetrated into the skin piece section center when the time of pre-tanned continued to 4h,but leather sample is thin.when treated by cationic tanning agent for 30min,the chromium element distribution density of skin section significantly increased and uniform,the thickness and Ts of the blue leather significantly improved,the thermal decomposition temperature and leather fiber woven get tighten.This process removes salts in pickling,which greatly decreased the salt pollution.
