摘　　要：目的 探讨关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床效果。方法 取择2013年12月-2015年10月在我院接受治疗的102例膝关节半月板损伤患者为研究对象,采用关节镜微创手术治疗,并在术后对评价指标内容进行统计分析。结果 患者术后膝关节功能显著提高,其屈膝情况改善明显,与手术前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;患者术后优良率达96.08%,其中优质率达74.51%;患者并发症发生率为4.90%。结论 采用关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤具有较好的治疗效果,能显著改善患者的膝关节功能,且并发症发生率低,安全可靠,具有较高的临床价值,可在临床治疗中广泛应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of anthroscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of knee joint meniscus injury. Methods 102 patients with knee joint meniscus injury who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from December 2013 to October 2015 were selected as research subjects. The patients were given anthroscopic minimally invasive surgery, and the evaluation indices were statistically analyzed after the surgery. Results Function of knee joint after the surgery in 102 patients was significantly improved. Bending knees was improved significantly, and the differences were statistically significant compared with those before the surgery （P〈0.05）; excellent and good rate in 102 patients after the surgery was 96.08%, with the excellent rate of 74.51%; the incidence rate of complications was 4.90% Conclusion Anthroscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of knee joint meniscus injury has favorable curative effects, which is able to significantly improve patients＇ knee joint function and has low incidence rate of complications. It is safe and reliable, and can be widely applied in clinical treatment, which has relatively high surgical value.
