摘　　要：目的探讨改良Stoppa入路在骨盆骨折中的应用。方法选择12例应用改良Stoppa入路患者,必要时加髂骨翼侧方入路+后路治疗各种骨盆骨折。结果 12例骨盆骨折患者均得到良好的复位,未发生术中大出血、神经损伤,无深静脉血栓形成,疗效满意。结论 Stoppa入路具有操作简单、并发症少等优点,值得推广。Objective To explore the application of modified Stoppa approach in pelvic fractures. Methods 12 patients were treated with modified Stoppa approach, combined with iliac lateral approach＋posterior approach when necessary, to treat various pelvic fractures. Results 12 cases of pelvic fractures were well restored, with no intraoperative bleeding, nerve injury, and no deep vein thrombosis. The curative effects were satisfactory. Conclusion The Stoppa approach has the advantages of simple operation and less complications, which is worthy of promotion.
