摘 要:目的 通过现场授课方式对育龄妇女进行孕期保健知识干预,了解育龄妇女对孕期保健知识的知晓率、缺乏的项目,为有针对性地开展和指导育龄妇女的健康宣教工作提供借鉴。方法 2015年5月3~6日,随机选取陕西省泾阳县某社区102名育龄妇女作为调查对象,应用预先设计好的调查问卷对其孕期保健知识的掌握情况进行调查,并通过现场授课方式对妇女保健知识的知晓情况进行干预,再用相同调查问卷进行调查,对授课前后的效果进行对比分析。结果已生育妇女对妊娠期高危因素及预防和真假临产的区别知晓率最低,不知道者均占86.2%(50/58),未生育妇女对妊娠前准备和真假临产的区别知晓率最低,不知道者均占95.5%(42/44)。通过现场授课,102名育龄妇女对孕期保健知识的了解率从66.7%(68/102)上升至98.0%(100/102)。结论 现场授课方式对育龄妇女健康知识干预效果明显,知晓率在授课后有明显提升;通过现场授课方式对孕期妇女进行健康教育效果满意,可作为孕期保健知识传播的重要途径。Objective To perform the spot lecture for conducting the pregnant stage healthcare knowledge intervention on childbearing age women,and to understand the awareness rate of pregnant stage heahhcare knowledge and lacking items to provide reference for pertinently carrying out and guiding the health propaganda and instruction work in childbearing age women. Methods One hundred and two childbearing age women in Jingyang County of Shaanxi province from May 3-5,2015 were ran- domly sampled as the respondents. The self-designed questionnaire was used to survey the mastering situation of pregnant stage healthcare knowledge. Then the spot lecture was used to conduct the intervention of pregnant stage healthcare knowledge situa- tion. Then the same questionnaire was used to conduct the survey. The effects were compared between before and after the lecture. Results The delivery women had the lowest awareness rate of pregnant high risk factors and their prevention, and difference be- tween true and false labor, the respondents not knowing these accounted for 86.2% (50/58). The non-delivery women had the low- est awareness rate of pre-pregnant preparetion and difference between true and false labor,the respondents not knowing these ac- counted for 95.5%(42/44). The awareness rate of pregnant stage healthcare knowledge in 102 childbearing women was increased from 66.7%(68/102) to 98.0%(100/102) by the spot lecture. Conclusion The pregnant stage health knowledge intervention by the spot lecture mode has obvious effect among childbearing women, the awareness rate is significantly increased after lecturing; the spot lecture mode for conducting health education in the pregnant women has satisfactory effect and can serve as an important pathway for propagating the pregnant stage healtheare knowledge.
