摘 要:在成都平原宅基地复垦土壤上,以秸秆、菌渣和猪粪3种物料为有机肥料,配施化肥来平衡氮磷钾总用量,分小麦(春)和玉米(夏)两季开展田间试验,研究有机物料对土壤有机碳及易变有机碳的影响。结果表明:(1)3种物料配施化肥处理对复垦土壤TOC含量有提升效果,随土层的加深效果减弱,麦玉两季0—20cm和20—40cm土层提幅分别为0.15-0.26,0.08-0.20g/kg,提升效果为菌渣〉猪粪〉秸秆。(2)3种物料配施化肥处理对复垦土壤微生物碳(MBC)含量提升效果最好,并随土层的加深效果增强,麦玉两季0—20cm和20—40cm土层提幅分别为21.42%-54.59%,116.59%-150.12%,提升效果为菌渣〉猪粪〉秸秆。(3)3种物料配施化肥处理对土壤易氧化有机碳(POXC)的提升效果居中,并随土层的加深效果减弱,麦玉两季0—20cm和20—40cm土层提幅分别为41.51%-51.90%,18.77%-29.68%,提升效果为菌渣=秸秆〉猪粪。(4)3种物料配施化肥处理对土壤可溶性有机碳(DOC)的提升效果最差,并随土层的加深效果增强,麦玉两季0—20cm和20—40cm土层提幅分别为-1.89%-3.61%,6.77%-17.31%,提升效果为菌渣〉猪粪〉秸秆。(5)5种处理在麦—玉轮作下均能增加宅基地复垦土壤TOC、POXC、MBC及DOC的含量,且3种有机物料处理更加显著,单施化肥(CF)和不施肥(CK)对土壤TOC及易变有机碳组分含量有一定的提升效果。(6)宅基地复垦土壤的POXC、DOC和MBC与TOC均呈显著相关(P〈0.05);POXC、DOC和MBC与土壤养分在0—20cm比20—40cm土层相关性强。据此,在麦—玉轮作下"菌渣堆肥还田"处理对于改良宅基地复垦土壤、提高土壤肥力具有较好的效果。A field plot experiment was conducted to study the effect of organic material on soil organic carbon and labile organic carbon in wheat-maize rotation system under different fertilization treatments, including straw with chemical fertilizer for balance of N, P and K total amount (SCF), fungi residue with chemical fertilizer (FCF), and pig manure with chemical fertilizer (MCF), in homestead reclamation soil of Chengdu plain. The main conclusions were as follows. (1) 3 treatments increased TOC content of reclamation soil by 0.15 to 0.26 g/kg (in 0--20 cm soil layer) and 0.08 to 0.20 g/kg (in 20 40 cm soil layer), respectively. The increase extent gradually decreased with the increasing soil depth. The improvement effects of 3 types of fertilizers on TOC content listed in the order of FCF〉MCF〉SCF. (2) All of the 3 treatments significantly enhanced MBC content by 21.42% to 54.59% and 116.59% to 150. 12% in 0--20 cm and 20--40 cm soil layer, respectively, and the increase extent gradually increased with the increasing soil depth. The improvement effects of 3 types of fertilizers on MBC listed as follows: FCF〉MCF〉SCF. (3) The improvement effects of the 3 types of fertilizers on POXC content were moderate. The 3 organic material treatments improved POXC content of reclamation soil by 41.51% to 51.90% in 0--20 cm soil layer and by 18.77% to 29.68% in 20-40 cm soil layer. The improvement effect gradually decreased with the increasing soil depth. The improvement effects of 3 types of fertilizers on POXC listed as follows. FCF=MCF)SCF. (4) The improvement effects of the 3 fertilizers on DOC content were less significant than those on MBC and POXC content, which increased with the increasing soil depth. The 3 fertilizer treatments increased DOC content by --1.89% to 3.61% in 0--20 cm soil layer and by 6.77% to 17.31% in 20--40 cm soil layer.
