复方亚甲蓝注射液在乳腺脓肿术后切口镇痛中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨复方亚甲蓝注射液对于乳腺脓肿术后切口的镇痛效果。方法 选取2014年1月-2016年1月我院外科的64例乳腺脓肿手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为亚甲蓝组和对照组,各32例。亚甲蓝组使用复方亚甲蓝注射液镇痛,不使用其他镇痛剂,对照组使用口服或肌内注射镇痛药。比较两组的切口镇痛效果及并发症发生率。结果 亚甲蓝组术后6 h、24 h、72 h、7 d的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 复方亚甲蓝注射液用于乳腺脓肿术后切口镇痛的效果良好,安全性高,且操作简单,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the analgesic effect of Compound Methylene Blue Injection in postoperative incision of breast abscess.Methods 64 cases of breast abscess undergoing surgery from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the Methylene Blue group and the control group,32 cases in each group. The Methylene Blue group was given Compound Methylene Blue Injection for analgesia,there was no other analgesic, while the control group was given analgesics orally or intramuscular injection.Analgesic effect of incision and the incidence rate of complication was compared between the two groups.Results The score of VAS after surgery for 6 hours,24 hours,72 hours and 7 days in the Methylene Blue group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Ther was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complication between the two groups.Conclusion Compound Methylene Blue Injection has good analgesic effect on postoperative incision of breast abscess,with high safety and simple operation,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
