肾损伤严重程度的螺旋CT诊断分级方法及其临床指导意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨肾损伤严重程度的螺旋CT诊断分级方法及其临床指导意义。方法 收集2014年4月-2016年4月于我院进行检查治疗的50例肾损伤患者的临床资料为研究对象,将纳入研究的50例肾损伤患者,给予双侧肾螺旋CT影像学检查,探讨诊断分级方法及其临床指导意义。结果 50例患者中,螺旋CT扫描结果与临床相符合,其诊断正确率达100%。其中肾挫伤患者26例,肾轻度裂伤患者14例,肾全层裂伤患者9例,肾动脉主干损伤患者1例,合并其他类型外伤患者4例。结论 螺旋CT扫描检查具有迅速、诊断准确率高、无创伤等优势,在肾损伤严重程度的临床诊断中,可为临床诊断肾损伤提供客观的影像学依据,对肾损伤的临床治疗及预后提供参考。Objective To investigate the classification method and clinical significance of spiral CT in diagnosis of the severity of renal injury.Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of renal injury were collected from April 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital for examination and treatment as the object of study.50 cases with renal injury were included in the study,the patients were given spiral CT in bilateral renal,the classification method and clinical significance were investigated.Results 50 patients,the results of spiral CT scan were consistent with the clinical,the diagnostic accuracy was lO0%.Among them 26 patients with renal contusion,14 patients with mild renal laceration,9 patients with renal full thickness laceration,1 patient with renal artery injury,4 patients with combined with other types of damage.Conclusion Spiral CT has a rapid,accurate diagnosis rate,trauma and other advantages,in the renal injury severity of clinical diagnosis and can provide objective imaging evidence for clinical diagnosis of renal injury,is very important for the diagnosis of renal injury,and on renal injury in the clinical treatment and prognosis.
