集束化干预措施在预防ICU多重耐药菌感染中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨集束化干预措施在预防ICU多重耐药菌感染中的应用价值。方法 前瞻性选取2015年5月-2016年4月入住我院ICU的100例患者为研究对象,依照集束化干预模式实施节点分两组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组采取集束化干预护理措施。比较两组患者多重耐药菌感染率、并发症的发生率、住院时间等情况。结果 观察组患者感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组平均住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对ICU患者应用集束化干预护理措施能够有效预防多重耐药菌感染,并降低并发症发生率,临床效果显著。Objective To explore the application value of cluster intervention measures in preventing ICU multi drug resistant bacteria infection.Methods 100 patients from May 2015 to April 2016 of ICU in our hospital were prospective selected.Patients were divided into two groups according to cluster intervention mode,and each group was 50 cases.Patients in control group were used routine nursing method,and patients in observation group were used cluster intervention measures.The rate of multi drug resistant bacteria infection,incidence rate of complications and hospital stay in two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of infection in observation group was obvious lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistical significance （P〈0.01）;the mean hospital stay in observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complications in observation group was obvious lower than that of control group,and the difference wasstatistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using cluster intervention measures for ICU patients can prevent multi drug resistant bacteria infection effectively,decrease the incidence rate of complications and with obvious clinical effects.
