摘  要:采用单独臭氧和3种不同催化剂对焦化废水进行臭氧催化氧化试验,试验结果表明,催化剂可以大大提高臭氧氧化效率,缩短氧化时间。臭氧催化氧化对UV_(254)和COD去除率最高分别可达71.03%和50.36%,出水COD浓度满足GB 16171—2012《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》,废水可生化性提高,有利于进一步深度处理。A test of coking wastewater treatment using ozone and three kinds of catalysts was carried out, the results showed that, catalysts could greatly improve the oxidation efficiency of ozone and shorten the oxidation time as well. The maximal removal rates of UV254 and COD by ozone catalytic oxidation reached 71.03% and 50.36% respectively, the effluent COD concentration met the requirement of GB 16171-2012 Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry, the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved, which was beneficial to advanced treatment.
