摘 要:建立了顶空-气相色谱法测定水中苦味酸的基本方法,运用苦味酸与次氟酸钠的衍生化反应,经顶空进样器直接进样,保留时间定性,外标法定量,得到了较好的分离效果,以及较高的灵敏度、精密度和回收率。该方法在0~50μg/L范围内线性良好(R=0.9992),检出限为0.18μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.76%~4.29%,加标回收率为91.22%-108.95%。适合生活饮用水及其水源地水和废水中苦味酸的测定。A basic method of headspace-gas chromatography was established for the determination of picric acid in water. Based on the derivatization of picric acid and sodium hypochlorite with direct injection by headspace samplar, characterized with retention time and quantified with external standard method, a good separation effect with high sensitivity, high precision and high recovery rate was obtained. The method showed a good linearity at the range of 0-50 μg/L(R = 0.999 2), and its detection limit was 0.18 μg/L, the relative standard deviation was 1.76%-4.29%, the adding standard recovery rate was 91.22%-108.95%. It could be seen that, the said method was suitable for the determination of picric acid in drinking water, source water and wastewater.
