摘　　要：近年来,油气田领域安全生产形势依然严峻。为了维护企业稳定的生产,保障人民生命财产安全,需进一步完善油气泄漏事故应急处置和预防的工作,故研发油气泄漏事故应急支撑技术平台。本文介绍了平台的基本组成和功能,然后介绍平台试点应用对象和环境、具体内容和运行流程、现场和指挥中心交互情况、实验数据及结果等内容。实践证明,油气泄漏事故应急支撑技术平台试点应用对企业"战时"的应急响应和"平时"的应急演练培训具有很好的实用价值。In recent years, safety situation of oil and gas production is still grim. In order to maintain the stability of enterprises production, safeguard the people＇s life and property safety, further improve on emergency disposal and prevention work of oil and gas leakage accident, oil and gas leakage accident emergency support technology platform is developped. This paper introduces the basic composition and function of the platform, and then introduces the object and environment, content,process demonstration operation process of platform pilot application, interaction between the site and command center,experimental data and results etc.. The practice proved that, pilot application of the oil and gas leakage accident emergency support technology platform can privade enterprise ＂wartime＂ emergency response and ＂emergency response training at ordinary times＂, which is very good practical value.
