摘  要:针对塔式起重机分布式、高效及安全运行的作业需求,设计了基于Modbus/TCP协议的塔机无线监控管理系统。以Cortex A8、Win CE6为平台设计系统监控前端,对塔机运行的状态信息实时监控。采用Modbus/TCP协议设计了无线通讯报文,通过GPRS与远程管理中心双向通信,实现对塔机群的远程监控和统一管理。现场运行证明系统性能稳定、可靠,具有良好的应用前景。For the demand of the tower crane with distributed, efficient and safe operation, the wireless monitoring management system of a tower crane is designed based on Modbus/TCP protocol in this paper. In order to monitor the operation state information of the tower crane real-time, the system monitor front-end is designed by using the platform with Cortex A8 and Win CE6. Wireless communication message is designed by using Modbus/TCP protocol and the remote monitoring and unified management of the tower cranes are realized by the two-way communication of GPRS and remote management center.The stable and reliable of the system is proved by the field operation and the system has good application prospect.
