摘 要:采集四川省生活废弃物焚烧炉飞灰和企业周边土壤样品10个,应用CALUX生物检测法测定了样品中二噁英类物质的毒性当量。与国内外文献报道值进行比较,结果表明两家废弃物焚烧企业飞灰中二噁英类物质的毒性当量水平较低;企业上风向3000m土壤背景样品受周围人类活动影响,二噁英类毒性当量值与其它省份土壤背景值相比较高;企业周边1200m范围内土壤中二噁英类物质的毒性当量值介于9.4—12.16ng—TEQ/kg,低于国外除农业用地外的其他规划用地标准,与国内上海、杭州焚烧企业周边土壤样品中二噁英类毒性当量一致,但高于广东、江苏和天津焚烧企业周边土壤中二噁英毒性当量值。检测结果为四川省持久性有机污染物的污染防治提供了数据支持,并填补了国内四川省废弃物焚烧企业周边土壤中二噁英含量的数据空白。The research took both fly ash and 10 soil samples around two municipal solid waste incinerations (MSWIs) in Sichuan. The simple and low cost CALUX (Chemical-Activated Luciferase Gene Expression) bioassay method was used to fast determine dioxins in the fly ash and the surrounding soils. Compared to the reported TEQ concentrations of the fly ash, background and surrounding soil of the MSWIs at home and abroad, the measured TEQ values were lower in the fly ash of the two MSWIs in Sichuan. Influenced by human activities, dioxin TEQ concentrations were higher in the soil which located on the upwind of dominant wind direction about 3 000m away from the incinerators. However, the TEQ concentrations of the surrounding soil 1 200m away from the incinerators were 9.4 - 12. 16 ng-TEQ/kg, lower than the planning land use standard abroad except for agriculture land standards, higher than the reported values of MSWIs in Guangdong, Jiangsu and Tianjin, etc. province, but consisted with the reported values in Shanghai and Hangzhou city. The testing result provide data for prevention and control of persistent organic pollutants in Sichuan.
