四川省建立IC卡刷卡排污试点对环境保护管理的探讨

摘　　要：四川省在对企业污染物进行总量控制的目标指引下,建设完成了IC卡排污系统,并且正在开展IC卡刷卡排污试点工作,通过IC卡刷卡排污试点,促进当地环境保护工作的开展。Under the guidance of total control target of the enterprise pollutants, Sichuan Province has completed the construction of IC card pollution discharge system. The pilot work is carrying out currently. It is expected to promote the development of local environmental protection work through IC card pollution discharge pilot.
