In China, as an important topic era, environmental protection was still faced with many deep - seated problems. To break through the obstacles, the greatly expansion of the opening of environmental information was needed to establish the strong support for the multi - participation, synergic governance of multiplicity of environmental data platform by means of the rapid development of information technology.
