摘　　要：通过对大数据概念的理解,运用大数据创造性的增长点,完善社会和环境治理,提升政府服务和监管能力,正在全球许多地区成为趋势。在我国,环境保护作为时代重要主题,依然面临诸多深层次困扰,突破障碍,需要大力扩展环境信息公开,进而借助信息技术的快速发展,构建起能够有力支撑多方参与、多元共治的环保大数据平台。Based on the understanding of the concept of big data, using the growth point of big data creativity to improve the social and environmental governance, and to promote governmental services and supervision capability has become a trend in many parts of the world. In China, as an important topic era, environmental protection was still faced with many deep - seated problems. To break through the obstacles, the greatly expansion of the opening of environmental information was needed to establish the strong support for the multi - participation, synergic governance of multiplicity of environmental data platform by means of the rapid development of information technology.
