摘  要:在一些环境污染严重的工矿城市,做好土地的污染防治和土地集约利用工作尤为重要。借助国家社科项目,通过持续的实地调研,以铜陵市为例,采用综合评价法对铜陵市2009~2013年土地集约利用情况进行评价,得出的土地集约利用评价结果为5.37。根据评价标准,铜陵市土地集约利用水平属于中度粗放的范畴。基于评价结果,我们得出以下三个结论:(1)环境污染型工矿城市土地集约利用整体水平较低,仍有较大的提升空间;(2)土地集约利用评价对环境污染型工矿城市的城市规划布局和产业分布具有引导作用;(3)与一般工矿城市相比,环境污染型工矿城市土地集约利用评价指标的选择和权重的分配有所差异。并在此结论的基础上提出三条合理的建议。It is particularly important to accomplish land pollution prevention and intensive land - use in some industrial and mining cities with serious environmental pollution. By virtue of national social science projects and continuous field investigation, taken Tong Ling as an example, the comprehensive evaluation was adopted to evaluate the situation of intensive land utilization from 2009 to 2013 in Tongling, and the final evaluation value was 5.37. According to the evaluation standard, the level of intensive land utilization belonged to the category of the moderate and extensive. Based on this result, there were three conclusions : ( 1 ) there was still plenty room to improve the low level of intensive land utilization in industrial and mining cities; (2) the evaluation of land intensive utilization played the guiding role in urban planning layout and industrial distribution in environmental polluting industrial and mining cities; (3) compared with the ordinary industrial and mining city, the indicative selection and weight distribution about the evaluation of urban land intensive utilization were different in environmental polluting industrial and mining cities. At last, this article had put forward three reasonable suggestions based on these conclusions.
